What) My parents
live in an architecturally designed home that contains many
pieces of art that I enjoy. Of course that is because many of
their best pieces were presents from me.
Where) 925
Brown Street
Why) Take a
look at my favourite sights taken over the two weeks that I
was there and see if you are surprised at which ones were
initially presents from me and which were just things that I
liked.
That roof on
the left is the only picture that I actually took of the
exterior of their house.
I have always
enjoyed the interior side of this doorway though. It looks
great in all kinds of light.
I'm not sure
that my parents have ever liked this carving
that I gave them 8 years ago.
As you might
expect, there is something about this old doctor that
fascinated me enough to move him around
and find the right light.
I wonder if it will look better or worse after two
months in my mothers expert care. I am betting on
...
... much better because her
track record is good. That Jade trunk the fairy is
resting on was a former resident in my apartment.
I found this March 18th, 2012 Dilbert comic in a
Saturday edition of the Leader Post. As you may have noticed, I like
this kind of humor.

This is a framed
poster of an Albert Bierstadt painting that I gave to my
father 12 years ago.
This painting is my
favourite gift to my parents. Besides looking
good, it fits well in this space and nicely accents
their decor.
This poster is
something my sister
picked up on her travels and left at the house.
It happens to hang in
the room I sleep in so I got to enjoy it every day.
