What) Confusion Hill has been the home of mystery and fun in the redwoods since 1949. Our Gravity House will defy the laws of gravity. "Is seeing believing? That is the Question," is one of our logos. We have two attractions here: the World Famous Gravity House and the Mountain Train Ride. We are also the Home of the Rare and Elusive Chipalope. There is no right or wrong at Confusion Hill. It's just something you need to experience for yourself. It is truly a unique Roadside Attraction! Very much the same as mystery spots such as The Wonder Spot, The Mystery Spot and The Oregon Vortex! (1)

    Why) After Pam's unpleasant experience at the Mystery Spot, we both agreed that it would probably be wise to skip this Buckys.  So, we were driving down the highway in the redwood forest with the knowledge that Confusion Hill was coming up in the next half hour but neither of us knew exactly where.  All of a sudden Pam mentioned that she was starting to get that same unpleasant feeling she had before.  Sure enough, we passed the turnoff to Confusion Hill 30 seconds later.
