inspired by Chef Paul McCabe and his culinary team at
L'Auberge Del Mar's KITCHEN 1540 Restaurant.

Why) After wandering aimlessly around the
Fashion Valley Mall, I happened upon the Exclusive Collections
gallery and spent a meaningful 45 minutes browsing the store,
conversing with the charming Julia my "Fine Art Consultant"
and meeting Christopher M who was actually painting in the
store. It was a wonderful social and artistic experience
and I ended up coming back later in the week to purchase a
$100 book entitled "Metaphorical Journey" by Vladimir Kush who
is one of my favourite artists. Take a look below.
